Hi All,
If you are interested in getting a little fitter, increasing your strength and endurance, or simply building up some sweat with your mates, then these sessions are for you. They are held every Wensday night, held at the
Rotunda on the bank of the Torrens river, just North of the
Adelaide Festival Centre.
The sessions are run by one of our main instructors, usually Jack at the moment, and we go through various warm ups, a run around the torrens, stretches, strength drills, and finally, technique.
Bring lots of water, and high energy foods.
If you turn up late, ring me on 0415316613, and I will let you know where we are, or flick you the number of someone who does.UPDATE! Training time changed to 5:00 PM and running till 8:00 PM
